The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy and management of a product family with the goal of maximizing the long-term success and profitability of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
Manage the “4 P’s of the Market Mix” of assigned products
Create marketing strategy in alignment of business unit’s goals
Define channel strategy for assigned products
Work with sales managers and account managers to monitor market and sales opportunities
Set promotional strategy for assigned products, define value proposition
Assume ownership for profitability of the products
Adhere to our core values of teamwork, integrity, excellence, and reliability
Other duties as assigned
A university degree in an engineering or business discipline is required unless the candidate has previous experience with assigned products
Minimum 5 years sales experience. Previous experience as a sales professional or product/marketing manager is greatly preferred.
A valid driver’s license in applicable geographic areas
This position may require moderate to extensive global travel
This position may be responsible for direct reports
