Position Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy and management of a product family with the goal of maximizing the long-term success and profitability of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)

  • Manage the “4 P’s of the Market Mix” of assigned products

  • Create marketing strategy in alignment of business unit’s goals

  • Define channel strategy for assigned products

  • Work with sales managers and account managers to monitor market and sales opportunities

  • Set promotional strategy for assigned products, define value proposition

  • Assume ownership for profitability of the products

  • Adhere to our core values of teamwork, integrity, excellence, and reliability

  • Other duties as assigned


Education Requirements:
A university degree in an engineering or business discipline is required unless the candidate has previous experience with assigned products

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years sales experience. Previous experience as a sales professional or product/marketing manager is greatly preferred.

Certification Requirements:
A valid driver’s license in applicable geographic areas

This position may require moderate to extensive global travel

This position may be responsible for direct reports
