A letter from our CEO:
Dear Customers & Suppliers,
Like the rest of the world, we have watched COVID-19 burgeon into a global pandemic. As our valued customers and suppliers, we want to keep you informed about steps we’ve taken to help you maintain business continuity while keeping our employees safe in these unprecedented times. Our goal is to support you and our employees.
Our people are the heart of our business and their health and safety is of paramount importance to us. The World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended social distancing to prevent further spread of the virus, and MICRODYN-NADIR is committed to following regulations to protect our employees. As such, we have implemented some new procedures for our business.
Per many local, national, and global guidelines, employees in our offices are now working from home. But we are still here for our customers and suppliers via telephone, email, and other digital channels. In our production facilities, where work is done by operators and operator-guided machines, we are running a minimum workforce. However, we are still taking orders and shipping and producing product that our customers need for their businesses. You may experience delays with your orders and shipment arrivals due to the current situation, but we will provide the best service possible in these challenging times.
While our sales team cannot physically visit you, they are setting up virtual meetings and working hard to help you keep your businesses on track. If there are any urgent needs, please contact your account representative and let us partner with you to solve your membrane separation challenges.
Most importantly, our employees at our global offices are safe and healthy. We will get through this together – businesses helping businesses, people helping people.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your account representative or our customer service teams, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
Best regards,
Walter Lamparter
CEO
